Shipping

We ship via courier and Royal Mail.  We aim to ship in stock items within three working days, but during busier times this may be more difficult to attain. 

Domestic and international rates vary.  

Rates are calculated at the checkout.

We have introduced international tracking, rates are comparatively competitive for heavier goods.  We cannot guarantee international delivery if it is not tracked. 

If you provide an incomplete or incorrect address and/or the item is returned to us we will refund the cost of the item(s) only.  

We have the right to refuse a refund if you do not accept the parcel. 

We are not responsible for any customs or excess delivery charges. 

Sizing

Our size guides are available for each item, we go by the manufacturer's guide and cannot be responsible for inaccuracy.

We are trying to source more sizes to fit all shapes of women.  However prices are extremely prohibitive and we promise to keep looking.

 Returns policy 

We ask customers to return items and re-order.  In some exceptional circumstances, we will pay the return shipping. We will try and resolve issues quickly. Please note if you provide us with an incorrect or incomplete address we are not responsible for lost items and your money may not be returned.  

We will issue store vouchers except in the instance of faulty goods. 

If you order a POD item we cannot refund unless it is faulty.  These items are made for you at the time of purchase.
